Flyer created for the Tamarron community to highlight the 2 school zones that the community is in. Katy ISD is known to be a great school district, while Lamar CISD is not as well known. This flyer shows that when comparing the 2 school zones, Lamar CISD performs at the same level as Katy ISD. This flyer was created to help alleviate buyer's objections about school zones.
Plat map created to be displayed in model home for potential buyers to see lots available and to create urgency when buying. When a lot is sold, a red sticker is placed on the lot.

Eblast invitation sent out to a database of 32,000 realtors for the grand opening of Tamarron - a D.R. Horton community that will have 4,200 homes and take 12 years to complete. This event had approximately 500 realtors in attendance.
This map shows the level of planning involved in big grand opening events. I created this map to be referenced by vendors and volunteers to know where they would need to be during the grand opening event at the Tamarron Model Home Vilage.
Realtor Event Ticket for the Tamarron Grand Opening. Realtors are required to get their ticket punched at each model home in order to be eligible for the prize drawing at the end of the night.
