The solution was developed using Scrum approach with delivery work based on value-ranked business requirements in a Product Backlog over the contract term using 2-weeks sprints. As the UX consultant of the Agile development team, I actively participated in:

I mainly advised the development team on best practices for accessible form design and on other areas such as search, recall notices, news, etc.
Accessibility compliance
I advised and work with the Drupal engineers to make all forms and site content accessible (AA) and tested the codebase using both manual and automated tools.
Outcome
The codebase was handed back to the ACCC Drupal team to continue the development of remaining items in the backlog.
