For my semester project, I chose to make a culture magazine from scratch after realising the need gap for the same. The name of the magazine is GRUB. The magazine covers all topics that fall under the umbrella of culture. All publication as well as content has been done by me. Articles were sourced from the internet and then put into my own words. The overall design of the magazine follows the latest print as well as graphic design trends. Binding elements of the magazine are the colors, drop cap, pull quote style, fonts, etc. The advertisements have also been placed keeping in mind the type of magazine, and the kind of content that the ads are being placed next to. This is a sneak peek into the 200 page magazine created for this project. Each layout was first made as a wireframe through sketches, then digitalized, after which binding elements and other design additions were made. Do let me know if you like it. :)
