The SousVide Supreme water oven is the first all-in-one consumer appliance designed to bring sous vide cooking to home kitchens. Along with identity creation for the company, we needed to shape the brand category to address the consumer market. Although the sous vide technique has been widely used by gourmet chefs since the 1970s, it was virtually unknown to home cooks. The "Easy Sous Vide" content was created to  raise the learning curve, and highlight the ease-of-use and convenience of SousVide Supreme's core products.
