- THE MASTER PLAN -
The idea for this project was to create a piece using a quote where each word would represent a piece in itself.
This was the most challenging project to date, as for the most part every word was created using a completely foreign process that I had not experimented with before.
I chose the quote, ‘Craftsmanship is not a destination it is a life long discipline.’
My intention was to create each piece using different processes, methods and materials. I wanted the quote to have an over all aesthetic look whilst still keeping each individual piece unique. This was by far the most rewarding and beneficial project I have undergone, making numerous mistakes along the way this project taught me a whole range of new skills and techniques.
