CETYS Signage System

Area Map
The area maps are the backbone of the signage system, displaying all of the relevant information anyone would need to find their way around the campus. They would be placed in the center of its corresponding area, from which it derives its name.
This map shows where the user is currectly located, and also points to other areas.

School map illustration provided by Manlio Perflore.

Area Signs
The area signs, acting as an extension of the area maps, would be placed within the different areas of the school, keeping in mind where people were most likely to enter said areas.
They list all buildings within them, as well as the rooms within those buildings.

Building Signs
The building signs, an extension of the area signs, would be placed on the main entrance of each building.
They display the area in which the building is located and its corresponding pictogram. They also list all of the rooms or offices within the buiding.

Pictograms
The main idea behind the pictograms was to design either something that was universally undestood or a landmark that could be easily identified.
