Dutch Constructivism Graphic Print

Peter Zwart is one of the best known Dutch Constructivism designers. He was self-educated in graphic design and embraced numerous visual arts fields such as architecture, furniture design, industrial design, painting, photography and graphic design. He was also part of a 'radical' Europen elite graphic design group named, the ring neue Werbegestalter. Other group members were: Tscichold, Vordemberge Gildewart, Max Burchartz, Hans Leistikow, Adolf Meyer, Richter, Karel Teige and Laszlo Moholy-Nagy.
Unsurprisingly the constructivism style was introduced to Zwart by Lissitsky.
Another Constructivism designer was Paul Schuitema, A Groningen native. Schuitema emphasies the use of typography as a visually imbue text with more interpretative potential.
