This illustration was made for Make/Shift; a new award-winning feminist magazine. I was commissioned by Make/Shift to create an illustration in accordance with an article written by Anna Saini. The illustration was a half-portrait of the writer who compares herself and her struggles to those of the rapper Nicki Minaj. The article was printed in black and white. The illustration was hand-drawn then touched-up and finished on Photoshop and Illustrator CS4.
