Medicare, an American health insurance service provider, and Motorola, an American multinational telecommunications company.

Between 2010 to 2050, Medicare patients, ages 65+, will double and patients 80 and older will nearly triple.(source)
Medicare card are valuable. The piece of paper contains not only your full name, address, but important information like your social security number.
Healthcare should be personal-- but in hospitals, you're branded and scanned with the ever impersonal, uncomfortable hospital I.D. tags.
