After creating a mind map on what "Evoative Belfast" meant to me I wanted to use some of Belfast's architecture in my poster. For my first draft I decided to take a picture of the dome in Victoria square and use it for the background, I decided not to use it because to me it did not call out "Evocative Belfast".

After following the step by step guide I created on photoshop this is the outcome I got. I was very happy with it and decided to use this as my final poster for Evoative Belfast. To create my poster I painted the back ground black. As the brief of the poster is to promote an up and coming fashion show in Belfast, I scanned in the image of the garment I sketched and used the effect of the titanic building for the print of my garment. To showcase more of Belfast I took a photo of a piece of arcitecture that is display in West Belfast and added it in the distance of my poster. Finally I added text to promote the Evocative Belfast fashion show. I was very pleased with the outcome of my poster.
