I was honored to be an assistant coordinator and organiser of iWeek at TAMK, Finland, this spring. As you may know, incoming participants come barehanded, waiting for instructions from us, organizers.
That's why this time I decided to make nicely designed info packages. There was a list of extra activities and some other essential information, which I have decided to put nicely next to the icons you may see below.
I thought that chalkboard style will give nice touch to participants, and I believe it actually worked out well. Besides, it was a school event, so I managed to engage the atmosphere nicely!
