When creating the identity of the magazine, I wanted to make sure that it spoke to the creative brief for the publication itself in that it would be easy-going, a little high-end, and definitely spoke to the tropical environments featured in the pages of the work. This is especially apparent in the spot colors chosen for the brand: a sand brown and warm green-blue.
