Using photoshop I took a picture of a bubble and warped it into the shapes that I needed to complete the charater. Many layers were used to keep the project organize. When the final character was completed I placed it onto an appropriate background along with other characters from the TV show. The Powerpuff Girls and Bubbles is in the form of a bubble.
