WALKING WITH DINOSAURS
A year ago I took my nephew to see Walking with dinosaurs movie. He loved it so much and ask me if I could make him an image with him and the dinosaurs, so I decided to give matte painting a try. I used a photo of my nephews that I took with my smartphone and went from there. All other imagery that was used in this project was found on Google.
When I was finished I printed out a canvas 90 x 60 cm, got it framed and surprised them with it. There are some mistakes but given that this is a first time I'm doing something serious with matte painting and that they loved it very much I can say that I am fairly satisfied with the final result. Mission was accomplished! :)
