When I was a kid, I remember we had a blue refrigerator at our house. After spending hours playing under the scorching sun, I would rush back home and stand in front of the open refrigerator and let the cool air make my face freeze. There were also instances of mom witnessing this and that would give the spine a chill that no refrigerator could.
