What does it really mean being an Israeli? One of the core israeli values is not to be a "frayer". The closest translation, sucker, doesn't quite grasp the meaning. It means 'why should I pay more when I can pay less?' and it's not nessesary in order to screw anyone else over, but rather 'if there is a loophole that can be exploited then it is silly not to do it'.
