About the Project
The client is was a smaller division of Intuit that wanted to redesign one of their enterprise products. Their team consisted of a product owner and corporate users on the client side; our team consisted of a UX designer (me) & a Product Manager/ Creative Director.
The Worksessions

We first established a set of preliminary customer profiles and user stories. We then revisited any existing brand assets and wireframes and conducted a 3-day worksession where we dissected and broke down the information architecture.
Before the Wireframes
In this project, we concluded that in-browser was a logical and viable option for us. To start, we spent a few days with the client examining the core features of the app and rebuilding the information architecture and user flows. We needed a solid foundation, some dedicated design time before we could actually build.
