The Big Apple Bog was back, celebrating Ocean Spray's 85th Anniversary with a 'retro'spective of Thanksgivings past and present. Celebrity chef Curtis Stone hosted 35 lucky visitors to dine at the Evolving Thanksgiving Table. The table was decorated in 2 styles, one traditional and one modern, with the food to match. Visitors were also able to create a photo keepsake at the Then & Now Photobooth. The harvest replica in Rockefeller Center boasts more than 2,000 lbs. of fresh, floating cranberries as well as Ocean Spray cranberry farmers who spoke about their exceptional fruit.

In New York City’s Rockefeller Center, the annual 1,500 square foot “Big Apple Bog” celebrated its 10th anniversary with a massive interactive water wall installation that cascaded over 2,000 pounds of fresh, floating cranberries, displaying graphics and real time messages from visitors and fans. Over 36,000 full-size samples of PACt™ water, Ocean Spray’s newest product, were distributed on-site while inside the cranberry bog, multi-generational Ocean Spray cranberry growers shared the secrets of the harvest – from how the bogs are flooded and picked to why cranberries float. Ocean Spray was excited to partner yet again with Maria Menounos, E! Entertainment TV host, to inspire consumers to hydrate in a healthy way.

In addition to New York, the Ocean Spray team also took to the West Coast, unveiling the “#EvenBetter Beach Bash” with an iconic 61 ft Cranberry on Hermosa Beach. Consumers joined in a variety of activities from free fitness classes taught by celebrity instructors (and an appearance by Maria Menounos), to a gif-n-ator booth, to a book signing by registered dietitian and NY Times Best selling author, Frances Largeman-Roth, all while staying hydrated and refreshed with PACt™ water.
