With the name August I pretended to create the idea of something venerable. With this in mind I started to draft some ideas I had:

I came to the conclusion that a badge was the best option but as soon as I came to what was going to be my final version I realized that the badge was not needed. Simply, the logo or just the words 'August' was a much stronger way of communication, to pass the message that I was really looking for.
