This was the teaser to my exhibition.
The exhibition piece explores the negative thoughts that I and many people that I know have. The aim is to try and debunk the stories that we tell ourselves in our head. I have learned that we are our biggest critics. The red words represent the negative affirmations that I have and the blue words represents the truth that I'd rather believe in. The glasses channel out their own respective colour and the audience are able to choose which they'd rather see or believe in.
