Shakespearean Sonnet
For this project, I used Adobe Edge Animate to create a visual poem for Sonnet #33 by shakespeare. As a class, we were able to gain more knowledge about famous writers such as Shakespeare by researching his works more in-depth. This project helped me learn the basics of Edge Animate. I was able to figure out basic transitions, importing various types of files, and changing the different elements of text and pictures such as position and opacity.
Canterbury Tales
To create this project based on the Canterbury Tales, I went back to using Adobe Photoshop CC. After not using photoshop for a long time, it was a helpful refresher for future projects. I learned how to morph text to make it fit a certain pattern, and put the plant in fron of the word "seek" to make it look more realistic. This also helped me with the Canterbury Tales, as I had to re-read the story to find a quote that would fit in with the environment.
Senior Project
For my senior project, I decided to focus my topic on domestic violence. I created a website using Adobe Dreamweaver CS5/CS6 that centered around domestic violence in order to provide information about it.  The template had both HTML elements and CSS elements, so I taught myself how to work with both. I wanted to spread awareness of domestic violence and inform the audience on the different types of domestic violence and ways that they can help. To get the information out, I presented this website to a class of US history students.
