The Masters of Postmodernism
Opportunity: Within the philosophical movement of postmodernism, individuals are challenged to reject outdated ideals and create their own definition of truth. To explore the impact of postmodernism on artists, I created a documentary series about four designers called the Masters of Postmodernism.
Solution: Each case features original copywriting that discusses the artist’s approach toward finding and understanding truth. The explanation of the artist’s philosophy is then contrasted with their artwork. This shows a cause-and-effect between their thoughts and actions, concepts and executions.
