After being selected as acandidate for a freelance project with Beetle juice London I researched the market with girlswear and prints to find a gap in the market as well as bringing Beetlejuice's key garment attributes from the past and present into a new collection of garments and prints. I took my inspiration from The Secret Garden as well as looking at Alice in Wonderland, faries and pixies as I wanted the clothing to represent a story tale to link in with children. I braught an element of fun, distinct niche, colour, detailing as well as a practical design selection of clothing.
