Benedicte Mauguiere presently serves as Professor and department chair with the Department of French and Italian at Colby College, ME. She has an extensive academic experience and she earned several awards, scholarly grants, and professional distinctions over her career at the University of Louisiana. From 2002 to 2005, Benedicte Mauguiere was honored to hold a Willis Granger and Tom Debaillon BORSF Endowed Professorship in Francophone Studies.
BORSF (or the Board of Regents Support Fund) is a Louisiana trust fund dedicated to enhancing economic development and promoting educational excellence within the state.
