An Exhibit Organizer and his Fashion Designer wife live in New York City and currently own the 14th floor of a loft building in the Tribeca neighborhood. They just bought the 15th floor roof top and plan on combining both spaces. One-third of the overall space will be the Exhibit Organizer's new at-home business and the remaining two-thirds will be the couple's residence. A modern and industrial approach to design will be carried out through the entire loft.
