100% handmade deck, well almost... I used a jigsaw to cut the outline. No other machines were used.
It's vacuum pressed* birch plywood. Enforced with glass fiber (full) and carbon fiber (tip & tail), glued with epoxy resin.
After shaping and sandig I hand painted the illustrations and text.
90% of the work took place on a holiday in France, hence the references:
OBL- Oud-Beijerland (village I live in)
STF - Ste Foy-de-Longas (village in France where I've spent about 80% of my chilhood holidays)
BRZ - Britanny or Breiz, where I did all the painting on a little camping.
It turned out to be a very light and stiff hybrid: a XL street deck, that also cruises very well :)
