This was my first ever screen print for my screen printing class. The project was to select a book from a list given and relate the idea to modern events. I chose A Clock Work Orange and the idea of desensitization. This piece was also inspired by the "knock out game" that at the time seemed to be trending. Videos of kids playing the knock out game were being broadcasted through all types of social media and news channels. The game consisted of teens going up to random unsuspecting people and trying to knock them out with one punch. Victims of this tended to be elderly, homeless, and even teachers.
