I had the opportunity to lead fantastic artists in this project as an art director.

Most of the time I like to guide my team members through the projects with small meetings, overpaints, mini tutorials and let them achieve the final look.

I use basically three different leadership styles: delegate, autocratic and democratic, it depends on the project and the experience of the members which one I use.
