Eko Front
"EkoFront" is a post-apocalyptic survival game set in a world devastated by an environmental disaster. As cities become uninhabitable due to pollution and heat, people return to nature in search of a new life. However, mutated animals pose a deadly threat, making survival a challenge. Childhood friends Maya and Liam scavenge abandoned cities for supplies while facing mutant dangers. With hopes of reuniting with their lost families, they must navigate forests and underground tunnels, rebuilding civilization from scratch amidst the ruins.
The name of the game is "Eko Front," inspired by the fact that more and more people are moving to cities and living unsustainable lifestyles. I wondered how long this would last. In the game, we've reached a point where due to human-made problems and global warming, people can no longer live in cities and must return to nature. The images show cities overgrown with vegetation, indicating human abandonment. Due to the problems, animals have mutated, making the return to nature difficult. Families and groups have broken apart in battles. Regarding characters, I believe it would be best if each player could create their own avatar. However, for visualization purposes, I created two characters. The game can be played solo or in groups. The characters' task is to survive this natural disaster and rebuild civilization. Their greatest motivation is the hope of finding their families. They must battle animals in the forest and dark tunnels to find fuel, food, weapons, supplies, vehicles, and new team members. People in the game have destroyed their living conditions and now live in catastrophe. Those who survived realized the importance of preserving nature, which I wanted to portray in an image of a crying woman. Additionally, there's an image of a child watering flowers for a better future.
