Codman Square Health Center: MassHealth Redetermination - "Codman Makes it Easy"
Codman Square Health Center is a non-profit community health center located in the Dorchester section of Boston. The vast majority of health center patients rely on public insurance for coverage. MassHealth is the Medicaid program for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and patients must periodically update their information in order to prevent a lapse in coverage.
Codman joined the state-wide push to remind patients to update their MassHealth information with its own promotional campaign. The "Codman Makes it Easy" campaign compared updating MassHealth information to everyday acts such as buying a cup of coffee or riding the bus. The campaign encouraged patients to come into the health center to meet with our Financial Services department so they could assist with the redetermination process.
I developed the slogan, concept, and all art for the campaign. Collateral appeared as social media, digital signage inside the health center, flyers, posters, and newspaper print ads.
