There is an increasing trend of forced migration. The extent of migration is so large that it has been a decisive determinant for population change in several countries. The reasons for forced relocations include disasters, environmental changes, conflicts, extreme violence, and severe economic and political instability. Therefore, mass migrations are often unpredictable and unavoidable.

The skyscraper is a mega-cluster composed of interchangeable octahedral modules that can be quickly assembled into towers. The modular system allows for the creation of towers of different shapes and sizes and makes it very easy to adapt the design. The system also allows for the assembly of apartments with different configurations. A single module can contain several apartments and individual rooms. Given the importance of providing refugees with shelter as quickly as possible, the modules are prefabricated and furnished. They autonomously fly to the location and connect with each other to form the necessary structures.

The skyscrapers are based on swarm intelligence, which aims to respond to the changing requirements and needs of the residents and reconfigure the apartments and skyscrapers accordingly.

The prototype skyscraper consists of 3 connected towers. The horizontal intersections serve as public spaces and provide various services.
