Jivika - a film
This project is a culmination of efforts of around a month. Jivika is my first textile art project.
This project is made with care and with calculated efforts by me. The yarns are hand dyed with indigo and woven in a table top loom. The editing, storyline and production is done by me while the cinematography is done by my fellow artist Debosrita Pattanayak. The extra weft used in this textile are the remnants of the yarns discarded by my fellow workers.
The music in the background is a the blend of hand pan by Malte Marten and the symphony by Beethoven, the art of letting go.
