TG Core Asset is a management company specialized in real estate funds and part of a large innovation ecosystem. In 2023, it completed 10 years as the manager of the largest listed real estate development fund in Brazil, TGAR11, and a pioneer in the market of Cetip-registered funds with TGRE and TGRI.
TG Core Asset has significant growth opportunities on the horizon because the segment remains vibrant. Real estate funds are believed to be increasingly sought-after investments, replacing savings accounts. In this new phase, the brand needs to position itself, make its presence felt, and build value. While it already enjoys authority and reputation, there's still a need to work on the image and identity of TG Core in the market and in the symbolic universe of partners, clients, and shareholders.
Given the scenario and the celebratory year, in 2023 we developed an institutional campaign commemorating the manager's 10th anniversary, including a video and digital pieces.
