To solve the actual congestion and pollution in cities, we imagine this utopia. The strategy consists in super-densifying the most congested areas of the cities, perching a superstructure over the city like a parasite, varying according to the context and renewing it. The building can change and gives the city the capacity to rebuild itself. It is designed for a certain durability and is equipped with AI that renew the structure with bamboo from the rooftops. The proposal would help the problems of habitability suffered by large cities, multiplying the habitable surface in collapsed cities, creating several independent levels, proposing a variety of use, democratizing the space in the city and complementing the needs of the current city. The idea is formalized with renewable materials that mitigate the polluting impact.
