Memoir Project
The memoir project is a project is made using after effects to make 2 animations based ona six word memoir. My memoir was, "An orange for me, for you." My memoir takes inspirartion from the poem by Wendy Cope, "The Orange."
Memoir #1
I wanted the animation to be a more literal interpretation of the memoir but made in a more abstract way. The circle, which is an orange is sliced into three and then the slices are "shared."
Memoir #2
For the second animation, I wanted to explore the sharing an orange idea more. In the animation are cats that share and orange together on a picnic. I wanted to covey the idea of togetherness more with the splitting of the orange.
