Brief
Prepare a b2b campaign focused on HR specialists and even on entrepreneurs that will promote high professional standards of their work and understanding that the color of skin, or belonging to a certain ethnic or national minority should not be a factor of decision regarding acceptance or refusal at job interviews.
Problem
Often, people with diverse ethnic backgrounds (immigrants, ethnic or national minorities) are not treated equally on the job market. It might be that the color of skin, accent of language or even a name that reveals specific ethnic origins makes ground for refusal at job interview.
