University Reading Lists is a small start up that sells pre-owned university textbooks on their customisable web and app platforms. Users can create personalised reading lists and even look up reading lists based on their University and course.
The team were looking for a collegiate but friendly logo for the brand, that would suit a digital space. We decided to create a logo that referenced the organic, eco-friendly nature of the organisation, whilst also mimicking known apps, such as Spotify and Tinder.
A versatile colour palette was created for the logo, which helps distinguish each seasonal semester on the platform.
The logo can also be used as an Ex Libris sticker/stamp, or as page markers when making notes. These could be given out as additional promotional material with orders, and in student union/library areas.
