PAGADUAN RESIDENCE
Pagaduan Residence, a project undertaken by MLNC & AV Architecture led by Architect Maria Lea N. Cusi, involved her expertise in planning the residence, while I was responsible for executing the exterior visualization of the project. The design features a harmonious blend of shades of grey complemented by wood siding, a specific requirement from the client. The residence spans a total floor area of 210 square meters and comprises 4 bedrooms. The project was successfully completed in 2022.
