Servanti is a brand that produces 3D printed footwear.
Once the shoes reach the end of their lifecycle, they are fully decomposable and recyclable.
This project is my entry for the Servanti Design Challenge.
The goal was to create an environment for their first shoe, the S2.
I envisioned a futuristic scene, reflecting the innovative nature of the Servanti project and its unique approach to understanding the life cycle of a shoe.

Environment
The environment was built imagining a futuristic room with a large window overlooking the sprawling city below.
Character and material exploration
To add life to the scene, I decided to create a character who would be the inhabitant of that environment.
Initially, it was human, but as the project progressed, I had fun experimenting by creating dynamic material to make the character more futuristic as well.
Animations
The shoe and camera movement were pre-defined.
For the character animation, I recorded myself as base reference and then animated it in blender.
Final compositing and sound design
For the "final touch" I used After Effect to add some grain, distortion and depth of field.
Sound design done in Premiere Pro.
