Heuristics evaluation is a quick way to find usability problems in a design by comparing it to a set of recognized usability principles or "heuristics." It involves experts reviewing the design and noting where it doesn't meet these principles. It's like a checklist for spotting common problems quickly and efficiently.
1.Visibility of System Status

After submitting the feedback it indicates that the user has successfully done and they have received it.
2. Match between the system and the real world
the user see the menu options
The icons and tag names match the real-world systems.
3. User control and freedom
the user can easily see options and read the short descriptions
Here we don’t want to go inside each movie and see the description and save it for later it is appropriately visible on the home screen.
4. Consistency and standard
the user sees the list of movies
We can see that each movie logo is designed in the same size and equally given the breathing space.
5. Error prevention
the user is searching the movie
It indicates to us that there is no movie name like that which helps the user to identify easily.
6. Recognition rather than recall
the user sees the list of movies with similar stories
The user doesn’t need to search separately to watch the related movie it shows the option that the user can recall it.
7. Flexibility and efficiency of use

Before completing the name itself it shows the list the user is searching for it will be a great example of flexibility and efficiency.
8. An aesthetic and minimalist design
the user looking for help & setting options
They have given the minimalist option and also it has easy words to understand for the user.
9. Help users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors
the user is facing error in entering the mobile number
It helps the user to reorganize what we have entered wrong, and also with color differentiation.
10. Help and documentation
the user enters into helpdesk
There is a help disk to help the new users get to know about the app/website and also resolve the user’s queries.
