Sotecnisol smart building was a challenge launched by the group to nomad partners, the objective was to create a smart building concept to be presented at the Portugal Smart Cities Summit in Lisbon in 2023.

The building was modeled to be the flagship of the group of companies, organic and combining the various systems together, so that the sum of the parts exceeds expectations, creating inside a highly comfortable business space, using natural and sustainable materials. such as cork and wood, making the space welcoming and warm, and maintaining the lightness and dynamics of a corporate building.

From its exterior we can see many of the business areas of the group's companies, from the construction materials used, to the ventilated facade systems, the solar panels that take advantage of solar exposure.
