Business Cards

Project Brief:
For my part of my Typography class at BYU-Idaho, we were asked to design a business card for a graphic or web designer. The specifications were that the card had to be 2 X 3.5 inches. The layout could be portrait or landscape. It needed a front and back and use the specific information that you see provided. The font-family was to be chosen from a school pack given to us, but the colors and design were up to us. I went through many drafts and designs and finally chose this one. It was clean, streamlined, modern, professional and interesting. I went through many colors and landed on this deep plumb and ice mint combination with dark gold accents. Several colors looked good but this stuck out to me the most.
