Final Mock-up of glyph compositions
For this project, we created glyphs using only numbers and letters. The composition to the left uses a sans serif font and the one to the right uses a serif font. The focal point of the sans serif composition is the g, created by the black negative space around it as well as being in the center of the page. The serif font has a focal point of the dot on the j, which is hidden in the white space. This glyph uses asymmetrical balance as well as negative space to make the composition come together.
