Operations Department: The main task of the Operations Department is to initiate various activities and do a good job in setting up and publicizing the activities.


Purchasing Department: The main tasks of the Purchasing

Department are to set event prices and participate in activities based on the products they are responsible for.
Some people may be wondering why the purchasing department sets the price?
In larger e-commerce companies, there are many categories and products, and it is impossible for one person to be responsible for them all. Usually, one purchaser is only responsible for a small part of the products.


Only the purchaser knows the purchase price of the product best. According to the profit range given by the company, it is most convenient for the purchaser to calculate and set it up. After setting it up, just participate in the ongoing activities.
Basic activity process :


Operations Department: The operations specialist initiates activities and fills in the basic information of the activities (activity time, activity type, activity publicity information, etc.).
Operations Department: The operations manager reviews and approves activities, mainly approving whether the number of operations of similar activities is reasonable. After passing the approval, the activity enters the product collection period, which generally lasts 3 to 7 days.


Purchasing Department: The purchasing specialist searches for activities during the product collection period, decides whether to invest in the product based on the activity theme, and if so, sets the product activity price and uploads the product.
Purchasing Department: The purchasing manager shall review and approve whether the price of the product activities of subordinate specialists is reasonable. If it is reasonable, it will be approved.

Online: After the collection period is over, the entire event will be online.
