This account was handed to me in May 2022. Account was in loss. The client was thinking of closing the PPC Campaigns and his team was unable to identify the core problem in the account.
When I took over this client's account, I immediately demonstrated a notable reduction in ACOS and an improvement in sales velocity. The account had a very unpredictable ACOS prior to our administration, ranging from 75% to 93%, making it incredibly unprofitable for them. They also had an extremely low sales velocity, which had a significant negative impact on their organic ranking. By employing the proper techniques, I was able to increase and maintain high levels of sales velocity while reducing their average ACOS in a fiercely competitive market to 19%.
