SCIEX Echo MS - Launch Film
With the launch of their new flagship product, the Echo MS system, SCIEX needed a launch video that would break through the corporate and boring marketing that plagues the life sciences sector. Pebble Studios were brought on to develop a suite of assets for the launch including a launch video, which they asked me to direct.
As director, I spearheaded the creation of a dynamic and visually compelling video that showcased the revolutionary speed of the Echo MS. With a focus on showcasing it's speed, the tagline "Run Fast" encapsulated the essence of the product, emphasising its groundbreaking capabilities in laboratory environments.
Taking charge of the entire project, I assumed the role of director, from conceptualisation to execution. This involved in-depth storyboarding to ensure a seamless narrative that effectively communicated the product's key features. Using Cinema 4D as the primary software, I brought the storyboard to life through captivating animations that highlighted the Echo MS in action. The choice of Redshift for rendering ensured high-quality visuals, adding depth and realism to the animated sequences. Leveraging my expertise in After Effects, I seamlessly integrated various elements to create a polished final product, enhancing the overall visual appeal and narrative coherence.
The resulting launch video successfully encapsulates the essence of SCIEX's Echo MS, effectively communicating the "Run Fast" message to the audience. The combination of compelling visuals, seamless animation, and technical precision positions the product as a cutting-edge solution in the world of mass spectrometry.
