The Lebanese Arches, is a residential traditional villa in Achrafieh - Lebanon, where the site located in a very dense residential area. the challenge is to preserve the traditional essence of the Lebanese house by retaining its internal courtyard. This central space can serve as a hub for natural light and ventilation, providing a connection to the outdoors. The roof of the courtyard is transformed into a green garden space. The second facade of the building, create a distinctive and visually appealing design by repeating arch shapes. These arches pay homage to traditional Lebanese architecture while offering a contemporary twist. The material used is transparent, allowing diffused natural light to pass through. This material is stacked on glass, creating a stunning play of light and shadow. This renovation concept preserves the charm of the traditional Lebanese house while introducing innovative elements that celebrate light, nature, and contemporary design. The stone transparent facade, in particular, adds a striking visual element and allows the building to glow with natural light.
