The Gift of Type: Talk Booklet
The front and back covers of this booklet. Talk used was 'God Knows and Loves You' by Elder Allan T. Phillips (Given October 2023).
The purpose of this project was to design a gift booklet that you wanted to give to someone special. The booklet needed to be based on a talk from the most recent LDS General Conference and needed to be a multi-page booklet. To design it, a focus on the typography was necessary to best engage the reader throughout the entire talk. This was accomplished through an emphasis on creative typography, negative space, organization hierarchy, grid systems, and a clear and concise layout.
