Scriptwriting: TrueDialog
These videos were produced using scripts written by Matthew Franklin.
Matthew was initially asked to write a single video script for the client, TrueDialog. Happy with the outcome of his writing, the client requested that Matthew be the writer for a second video script. The creative briefs were as follows:
Video 1: TrueDialog Salesforce SMS Texting Integration Overview
Unlike most projects, the client provided a pre-written voiceover requiring only grammar and clarity revisions, instead of Matthew writing this himself. This meant Matthew focused primarily on crafting visual directions that seamlessly matched the existing script. The video style blended demo screencasts with engaging 2D motion graphics.
Video 2: TrueDialog Microsoft Dynamic SMS Integration Overview
Similar to the first script, the client provided a mostly complete voiceover, allowing Matthew to solely focus on grammatical and clarity improvements before crafting the corresponding visuals. The overall style of the video remained the same.
