'EIDI'
'Eidi' envelopes were designed especially for Eid-al-Fitr which means 'The feast of breaking the fast' and it is one of the two official holidays celebrated by Muslims all over the world every year when the Muslim elders give money to kids/young adults as a form gift and blessing.
The money that the adults give to the kids and to each other as a form of gift during Eid is called 'Eidi' and the envelopes were named after that.
Work Process:
First, I had to design these characters according to their age portraying a young adult man and a woman, a boy and a girl. Next up, I created the Polka-Dot pattern for the envelopes. And finally when the characters and background pattern and colors were locked, I added the texts and created the print files for each design.
